Mouse head vasculature

3D volume-rendered movie of the mouse head depicting skull and vasculature

Reconstructed images were obtained to visualize the vessels in the mouse head. The skull and its associated network of blood vessels can be visualized in great detail, including the posterior facial vein, superficial temporal vein, inferior palpebral vein and anterior facial vein.
