Viscover™ Webshop Registration

For you to be able to order Viscover™ products from our webshop, you must first register as a customer on our website. This is easily done by completing the required fields (marked by an asterisk (*)) on the registration form found under the ‘My Account’/‘New Customer’ buttons. Registering as a customer is a one-off process. After complete registration, placing future orders will be simpler and faster. You will also be able to track your orders in progress as well as have access to past orders. Viscover™ recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of personal and financial information. We have instituted strict policies and security measures to protect the information you provide to us. For further information please refer to our 'Privacy Policy‘.


How to place an order online

Ordering Viscover™ products from our webshop is simple. Here we walk you through the process in a few easy steps:

1. Select the article amount and unit by clicking the ‘Quantity’ and ‘Unit’ buttons, respectively. If necessary, select the article type by clicking the ‘Product’ button.
2. Click the "Add to Cart" button to place the item(s) into your shopping cart.
3. All articles placed into your shopping cart can be viewed by clicking the shopping cart symbol on the top right of the webpage. In the shopping cart, the articles can be deleted or adjusted as necessary.
4. When you are ready to purchase the articles in your shopping cart, click ‘Checkout'.
5. Thereafter you must either register as a new customer or, if you are already registered, you must log in. To register as a new customer, please follow the instructions outlined in ‘Viscover™ Webshop Registration’ above.
6. Fill in the delivery address if this is different to the invoice/billing address.
7. Thereafter select the type of payment and delivery service. When paying via PayPal, you will be automatically transferred to a secure PayPal page, where you can choose any of the payment methods in your PayPal account as your preferred payment method. With payment via credit card, type in the credit card details, which will then be verified by the Payment Service provider.
8. Before electronically placing your order, please check all the details of your planned order and, if necessary, edit any information using the ‘Edit’ button.
9. Place your order by clicking the ‘Buy now’ button. This automatically sends your order to us.
10. After you have placed your order, you will receive an email from us confirming receipt of your order (order confirmation email).
11. You can follow the status of your order any time by logging into your account and clicking ‘Order history’. Here you will also find all the necessary information pertaining to your order.


Types of Payment

We offer the various payment methods for Viscover™ products ordered from our webshop:

  • Payment on account (30 days after invoice date)
  • Payment in advance
  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard & American Express)
  • PayPal

When paying on account or in advance, please use the bank details listed under your Customer Account ‘Order History’ button or stated in your order confirmation, which you will receive via email from us. In order for us to process your order as quickly as possible, please make sure that you enter the correct payment amount and please include your order number as the transaction reference. Until payment is met, the delivered goods remain property of nanoPET Pharma GmbH. When paying via credit card, the credit card details will be verified by the Payment Service provider.


Shipping

Viscover™ products that are ordered from our webshop are shipped solely as insured packages. Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the destination of your shipment. The shipping costs are independent of the number of units ordered, and are charged per delivery. Our shipping charges are listed below:

  • Inland: 11,99 €
  • Zone 1: 20,99 €
  • Zone 2: 33,99 €
  • Zone 3: 39,99 €
  • Zone 4: 47,99 €

For more information, as to which zone applies to you, click here. If you require a speedy delivery, you have the option of using ‘Express Delivery’. When placing your order, please let us know that you request express delivery and we will calculate the shipping costs for you. Please note that express delivery costs vary depending on the shipment destination and merchandise value. With standard delivery (as an insured package), the inland delivery time is generally 1-2 business days (6 days max.). If you do not receive your package within 6 days after the specified delivery date, please contact us. The delivery time of shipping abroad depends on the parcel destination and can take up to 14 days. In the case of inland express delivery (as an insured package) the package is generally delivered on the day after postage. For express delivery abroad, the delivery time depends on the parcel destination and may take up to 5 days. The delivery times mentioned above are those specified by the delivery postal service. While we make every attempt to get your products to you as fast as possible, we cannot guarantee delivery times.
